Privacy Policy
Last updated 25 October 2026
Swift Partnerships is a creator partnerships agency based in the United Kingdom ("we" or "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and in the course of our work, why we collect it, and your rights over it. We are the data controller for this information.
What we collect
- Contact form. Your name, email address, whether you are a creator, a brand or something else, and anything you type in the message field. Creators may also give a channel link, average views, a usual price and brands they would like to work with. Brands may also give a brand name, website, product description, budget range and timing.
- Email and outreach. If you email us, or we email you, we keep the correspondence along with your name and email address. We may also keep publicly available information about your channel or company that is relevant to a sponsorship, such as audience size and past sponsors.
- Deals. If we work together, we keep contracts, invoices, the payment details needed to pay or invoice you, and records of the campaign.
- Website use. This site does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Our hosting and form providers may record basic technical information such as IP address and browser type to keep the site running securely.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss working together. This is in our legitimate interest in running the business, and may be a step taken before entering a contract with you.
- To arrange, deliver and invoice sponsorships. This is performance of a contract.
- To contact creators and brands we think may be a good fit, by email or LinkedIn. This is in our legitimate interest in finding partners. You can ask us to stop at any time and we will.
- To keep records we are legally required to keep, such as invoices for tax purposes. This is a legal obligation.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed to do the work. Creator details go to a brand once the creator has approved a deal, and brand details go to a creator for the same reason. We use service providers to run the business, including email hosting, form handling, website hosting, electronic signature and payment services. They process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal information.
International transfers
Some of our providers, and some of the creators and brands we work with, are outside the United Kingdom. Where personal information leaves the UK, we rely on the provider's standard contractual safeguards, or on the transfer being necessary to perform the contract with you.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within twelve months. Records of deals, contracts and invoices are kept for six years after the end of the tax year they relate to, as required by HMRC. If you ask us not to contact you, we keep your email address only on a list of people not to contact, so we can honour that request.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to our use of it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email partnerships@swiftpartnerships.com and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
